SonicWall Network Security Administrator

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve officially earned my SonicWall Network Security Administrator (SNSA) Certification for SonicOS 7! This milestone marks a significant step in my journey as an IT professional and reinforces my commitment to mastering the tools and strategies that protect modern networks.

The SNSA exam wasn’t a walk in the park. It required completing a two day instructor led training course, 10 E-learning modules as well as a 900 page E-book. I also had to navigate a challenging 60-question test which took me approximately an hour to complete. Some questions were tricky, not just in content but in how they were framed, which tested not only my technical knowledge but also my critical thinking skills. Despite the challenges, I’m proud to say I passed with a 91%!

This certification highlights my expertise in managing and optimizing SonicWall firewalls, as well as my broader understanding of network security and administration. It’s a testament to the effort I’ve invested in honing my skills and staying current in an ever-evolving field.

While I’m excited about this accomplishment, I see it as just one step in my ongoing journey to provide robust and effective security solutions. Here’s to continual growth and learning, Next up SNSP and LPIC-1!
