• Hi, I’m Dwayne, a seasoned IT professional with over 10 years of experience in network and systems support, system administration, and network engineering. I thrive on creating reliable, efficient IT solutions that help businesses succeed. My journey has spanned various industries and roles, from leading network support teams to running my own business, which has shaped my ability to adapt and overcome any circumstance.
  My current role focuses on Network Security, mainly SonicWALL configuration, MDR, and SASE applications, Email Security, and day to day IT operations both physical and through AWS’s cloud environment. Throughout my career, I’ve demonstrated a knack for diagnosing problems quickly, implementing effective solutions, and delivering outstanding customer service in high-pressure environments.
  
  In previous roles, I’ve led network support teams at Diversified Systems Resources, managed system and web admin projects at J~S Machine & Valve, and provided technical support at major organizations like US Cellular and DIRECTV. My personal entrepreneurial ventures have further strengthened my leadership and business development skills by expanding my business and customer service knowledge.
